We have two types of management service; Serviced apartments These are sold to consumers on an all inclusive basis mainly via this website, specialising in extended stays with weekly rates and a high return rate particularly from Australian corporates in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Residential portfolio This portfolio has lower management fees, the tenants pay for any utilities and the tenancies are for a minimum of 6 months. The consumers who use our serviced portfolio are often new immigrants, relocating executives and are using a serviced apartment whilst looking for more permanent accommodation and is therefore an important feeder market into our residential portfolio. We are a boutique management company and we do not trade apartments, we own and operate the 8th floor Quay West apartment but we plan to stick to our knitting, to manage rather than own apartments.
