More about the LUXY brand and Apartments in Auckland………

• We manage a portfolio of serviced apartments in Auckland and Wellington.
• We do not generally buy or sell apartments and we are cautious about the apartments and owners that join our portfolio. They must have realistic expectations.
• In 2007 we started a Wellington operation which is growing successfully and we are now very keen to partner operators in other areas.
• The LUXY brand is our platform for growth, currently when first accessing www.luxy.co.nz you are asked if you would like a Wellington or Auckland residence. This option will then increase as new locations join, hopefully in places like Dunedin, The Gold Coast, Sydney, Christchurch, Queenstown and more outlying resort areas.
• The LUXY brand could be well suited to many different types of Hotels and accommodation, particularly independent owners who would like a comprehensive reservations and representation service in Auckland.
• We will handle over 2000 reservations in 2008 and would like to establish just one or two new locations. If you need a management, marketing and reservations system for your good quality accommodation project we would be pleased to hear from you. Hotels. Lodge or apartments could all potentially be a great match for our LUXY brand.
